Q.

I did not get back my periods after my delivery.its 9 months now is it serious problem?

A. Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months no medication needed you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy

A. No some gets vry nxt mnth and some may get after a yr of delivery... it vary from one to one... thank u fr reaching the panel hv a healthy balanced diet.. stay well hydrated.. take care...
