I diagnosed with thyroid & alopecia areata 4 months ago. my 1st child is 14 month. when should I plan for 2nd child? there is any risk due to thyroid if I planned for 2nd child ?

No I don’t is very common with him in with all the delivery once after delivery of prior to deliver it should not be a problem but since you are concerned about this thing then you should get all the test done properly before you go for second pregnancy your gynaecologist would advise you what all is important for you to take care of
