Doctor say exclusive breast feed but when baby cries mom comes under pressure ( from inside also from family members) so try to be clam . ther is no cure for outside pressure i faced it. i'm feeding my baby both (using Avent feeding bottle to formula feed) go slowly my baby took 7 days to adjust.

I faced same problem don't stress your self if you have support then please try to breastfeeding. Try Methi , jira water to increase breast milk supply. Or shatavari to increase breast milk.Or try combined small amount of formula milk . don't rush baby also adjusting to new food. Please try to exclusive breast feeding.

first of all meet your doctor and get the weight of the child assessment done. 
if the weight gain of the child is within normal limits as well as the urine output is normal then do not worry about the feeding pattern, the sleeping pattern and the crying pattern of the child. 
your doctor is the best person to tell you whether any outside milk is required or not until thatd time kindly continue only breastfeeding.
continue exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age of the child.
small all children take demand feeding that is when they feel hungry theyd will take feeding.
