I am the mother of a 3 month old baby. Like calcium vit D. Can I continue calcium vit D multivitamin. Any suggestions

Vitamin D supplement can be taken because vitamin D deficiency is very common with women and feel all the other supplements that you would want to take you have to check with your doctor because I suggested for six months to 1 year if you need to take it further ahead of that then you have to confirm with the doctor
