I am suffering from post partum hairfall. Everytime I comb my hair,strands of hair come out. Whether I am oiling or cleaning,it doesn't become effective right now. I am really scared of combing my hair. Please help me. Give some home remedies so that I can reduce my hairfall.

A. Postpartum hair loss commonly starts at around three months after birth. Most women will return to their usual hair by between 6 and 12 months after birth... If not regain.. need further examination or even laboratory test.. Consult skin care specialist. Oiling improves blood circulation and nourishes the roots, massage once a week with oil that suits your scalp. . Use mild shampoo. Use a comb with widely spaced teeth. Avoid stress.. stress can increase hair loss. Have Biotin rich food or biotin supplements.
