I am seven months pregnant. The doctor said the baby is healthy but I couldn't perform any exercise or do any walk even for 5 minutes please tell me what to do.

Save your child is healthy then there is no problem see you are exercising and walking is not going to make a difference it is that how much balance nutritious diet you are consuming which is what is going to be actually have a proper weight gain and healthy child
