I am mother of 8 month old baby I have c section delivery so which calcium and iron tablet I get which is reasonable in price.

A. well i can tell u. cal Autrin tab. shelcal. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stressCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
