You can begin with foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Later mashed paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Beginning with 3-4 teaspoons, give top food 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.
Meeta JainGuardian of a 4 yr 7 m old girl4 years agoA. my baby is 4.5 month n formula fed. earlier she used to poop once or twice daily bt since few days she passes stool whenever I feed her. like 6 or 7 times. is it normal for formula fed baby?
