I am mother of 4 month breast fed baby. I would like to know can I take omega 3 fish oil capsules ? does it reduces or effect my breast milk ?

While being a lactating mother you should never take it you have to wait till the time once you stop breastfeeding your baby then only you can start taking Omega. Till the time you have to avoid taking it because it can kill the nutrition is your baby is getting through your milk
