i am mom of 1 year ild baby... after delivery my periods started after 8 months... now a days the intervel between 2 periods are less that means getting periods 7 or 8 days before the date.. is it normal or have to consult gynec??

Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Good luck and take care.
