i am lactating mother of a 7 month old girl. i am eligible to take covid vaccine?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. recently government guidelines say that nursing mothers can get vaccinated for covid and it is safe to feed thereafter but pregnant women mnand children need to wait for vaccination till recent update .

Yes Definitely you are eligible to take this vaccination and anyways your child is seven months plus so you are no more exclusively breastfeeding the child or nothing like it so definitely whenever you get the first available slot and whenever you are comfortable just go ahead with it
