I am Krinal and my son Kiyansh is not having food properly even not having juices. Also the weight of him is 11 kgs as he is is 2 years 11 month old. please suggest

Hi Doesn’t eat properly they do suffer with a lot of deficiencies and sometimes due to lot of deficiencies they do not eat it’s either way is connected with each other it’s better that you take a proper guidance with your paediatrician on this and start with certain supplements
