I am in my first trimester and having running nose only in left nostril and watery eyes .cant even sleep properly because of this. taking steam, ginger honey and lemon, azithromycin and dolo but not getting any relief. please help

have plenty of rest.
take plenty of fluids.
Getting enough sleep will help heal your body and stimulate recovery.
Take basil leaves and honey, grind and mix well to make a smooth paste

I suggest you please consult with your gynecologist about this matter because physical examination is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
please take luke warm water for drinking
please take steam with steamer twice a day
