I am in my 7th month of pregnancy and in my urine analysis test it was reported that bacteria are present. Is this a serious issue? Does it affect baby?

A. it's not very severe issue but yes you need to have some medications with proper examination of your doctor and also drink adequate water intake- not very large quantity at once but ships of water
