also try to follow a healthy lifestyle with daily walking and timely diet intake .
have less quantity of food but more frequently .

If it was not safe I’m very certain the doctor would have never prescribed to use such medicine for further assistance I’m going to recommend you that you consult your doctor again if you have any kind of doubt about it because I don’t see any problem in this
