I am having muscle spasm on my right side of lower back since 5 days i am taking medicine and spray prescribed by doctor.. how long i have to wait for exercise?

A. according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done wxhich would be helpful for the doctor to to find out the the tfreatment for further management consult dr.
