I am having massive hairfall. Oiling twice a week and having iron calcium multivitamin suppliments. Please suggest way to control hair fall also suggest if this will again grow back or not.

A. Don't worry hair fall is common after delivery so focus on a nutritious diet and have more proteins in the form of nuts lentils peas beans seeds dates and use indulekha oil twice a week and use mild herbal shampoo
