Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, hair fall is common post pregnancy. though it is temporary it requires proper care. You must eat right and healthy. Include salads and Protein in your diet.
Drink lots of water.
Also oil your hair regularly and wash only twice a week with mild shampoo.
Avoid hair styling products
