you can eat paneer, make sure yo have less spicy food.
avoid non veg food, teas, coffee, onions, spicy, fried food, junk food, besan, packaged food during lactation period
sheetal panditaMom of 2 children6 months agoA. hi dear mom, as per my personal experience with 2 babies I will only suggest you just avoid eating junk food with low nutritious value, otherwise you can eat anything you like, if you think anything can create trouble for your baby just eat that thing in moderation. believe me it's totally myth that our eating spicy things can harm our baby, yes but you should not eat much spicy for your own health, eating unhealthy just reduce nutritious value of your milk which also is not good for baby, otherwise babies are prone to indigestion during this stage because there digestive system is still under development process so being gassy is normal in every infant,for that you can consult your babies pediatrician & have needful medicine.
