Q.

I am giving 6ml paracetamol 120 to my 11 month old son at the gap of every 6 hours but his fever is not breaking at all. What could b the reason ?

A. If your child is 11 months old the dosage of medicine is going to be 10 drops to 1ML you are actually giving a very high dosage of medicine I don’t know how your doctor suggested you the same or not but I would recommend you as of now since the fever is not breaking you should consult your doctor for sure
