I am feeling weak n feel like my energy has drop . Haemoglobin is 8 .what should I do?

A. mam please take healthy food items which are also rich in iron like palak and pomegranate and chukandar. also drink turmeric milk daily. take soaked almonds and walnuts daily. take lots of milk products like paneer and curd. also take roasted makhanas. take eggs and chicken.
