A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Rest well. Take the help of your spouse or other family members to take of your child while you rest. Good luck and take care.
