Q.

I am feeding my baby who is 1 month and 17 days old with breast milk and also formula for 2-3 times in a day as he is crying for feed.How to avoid formula completely and feed only breast milk. i feel my milk is not sufficient that' why he is crying for feed or am I thinking wrong.

A. You can take a lactation supplement if it helps in pushing up your lactation then nothing like it see without seeing how the child is reacting with child or not we cannot confirm whether is enough or not but if your child gets satisfied after taking formula then that can be an indication that you’re feeding is less so try to increase it with the lactation supplement and more of fluids and protein in the diet until that time you can continue with combination feeding
