I am feeding all kinds of food, even dry fruits, but my baby is not showing any signs of health.

If your child is not gaining help there could be number of reasons associated with that the most common would be indigestion second would be constipation third could be nutritional deficiency in either of the cases it’s important to have an assessment with your doctor once
