I am expressing breast milk at night for safe side storage as I have lower milk supply. Can you please guide me on the storage and freezing hours.

A. when you are expressing the breast milk then at room temperature of around 25 degree Celsius you can keep it for 4 hours and when you are keeping in refrigerator you can store it for 24 hours at 4 degree Celsius to 8 degree Celsius
