i am expecting baby in February..during 8th week doctor showed me twin pregnancy but before completion of third trimester i had my first my first sonography and blood test in which trisomy 21 is showing high and also doctor told one baby is vanished and told about vanishing syndrome. doctor asked for second sonography to check trisomy ..
but I am very much scared as after 3 years of struggle i am having baby ..
can you please suggest about trisomy is it due to vanishing syndrome or what I can do

Vanishing twin is common so don’t worry about it.
And it is better that you get amniocentesis and then check for karyotyping to find out if actually trisomy is there or not
