I am dengue positive with high fever so can I breastfeed my baby

A. Yes it’s not a problem for that you can check with your treating doctor if they advised you to feed then you continue and if they advise not to then you can just take a decision that way as far as I know should not be a problem because we suggested Women to feed their kids during the time of being Covid positive but just take all the precautions necessary during that time
