Hi.congratulations on baby.U said its just one month pose c section. your body need lot of recovery. u should eat healthy food.eat a nice combination of veggies leafy veggies and meat.drink milk everyday.u should eat rusk as it helps alot for milk supply. also eat raw garlic with every meal.Eat fully and healthy. don't think about weight gain.As it takes one year for our body to become normal. On an average feeding mothers need 400-500 extra calories per day .You should eat tich protein foods n carbs,fruits ,veggies dairy foods.
