I am breastfeeding my baby..From last 2days I have pain in upper quadrant of my left breast and my nipples are sore become very difficult to breastfeed..plzz suggest some remedy...

A. probably you may be having blaok ducts in the breast reason for pain in the breast you can apply hot fomentation and the breast continue to feed the baby e can apply nipcare ointment
