Pain during breast feeding, hard dry and sore nipples

it is completely normal to have pain and sore nipples during the initial days of breastfeeding.
you can apply nip care ointment between the feedings and wash it before feed.
also if it is much so you can use a breast shield according to the size of your nipple.
also if required you can use the breast pump which will help you to heal the nipple.
make sure the latch is proper
