I am breast feeding mother of 2months old baby can I hav vegetables like sweet corn Cauliflower?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Avoid cluliflowet,cabbage.. as they are highly gases xausing veggies.
do take lots of green leafy veggies..
take lots of fkuids n protien rich food .
