can I eat sweet corn

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom yes you may have but it’s also very important to know as corn has a tendency to cause gas problems so have in small quantity and if any sort of discomfort is observed by you or the baby you may avoid it

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello yes you can have sweet corn which is very healthy and nutritious and as its own benefit also and it is very healthy.. you can have it in limited amount which then would not be a problem.. no restriction with food though .. just make sure on your consumption baby is not uncomfortable
