avoid any kind of heavy work like carrying heavy objects and climbing stairs.
strictly avoid Matin with your partner.
take medication as advised by your doctor

ANJANA KAIHALMom of a 4 yr old child4 years agoA. take a lot of bed rest.....by giving slope to ur bed from lower side...... it may help u a lot ...I just recovered from it.sharing my experience.use English toilet....take very light food.....to avoid constipation
