Q.

i am able to collect 20ml milk in 10min by breast pump..and the milk comes drop by drop...do i have low milk supply or it is normal that milk is expressed drop by drop

A. Hi, two month baby will take around 60 ML of milk once in every two hours. So if you have 20 ML of milk then you need to give 40 ML of milk top feed. So consult your paediatrician before starting formula milk. Latch your baby directly which helps in increasing the milk. Have a healthy diet food. Take five solid feed in a day. And take adequate liquid like buttermilk,fresh fruit juice made at home, coconut water, water and keep yourself hydrated. Have a glass of water before feeding your baby and have a glass of water after feeding your baby.Write Your Answer Here
