I am a mother of one and half years old baby. I am preparing for competitive examination. But I can't concentrate and feel lazy all the time. why it's so hard for me to learn and remember what I study. I am 27 years old. how can I make myself prepared for compete with young students

A. hello dear, you need to be self determin for ur studies, make a routine for your studies n rest of the work, family n ur kid. have healthy diet,, do sone meditation n yoga for a good mental health.
