good morning doctor.iam preparing competitive exam and also sitting continue sly 5 hours .but i noticed one thing my foot very pain i can't stand properly after revision i don't know what happened me

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. it is very difficult to comment here without a proper examination so it is better to consult your doctor and get it properly physical examine and guidance accordingly for this matter to clear this... u can apply I hot water fomentation there and do some massage
