I am a mother of 6 months old and soon i will be going to work can someone help me out with baby diet plan and how much breast milk is necessary foe whole day

U Should start giving food one time and then rest of the day you mostly breastfeed and then after a week you give it twice so you know within 21 - 30 days you can actually go ahead with giving three times in a day and rest of the time is breastfeeding is about 4 to 5 times breastfeeding is definitely going to be there
