my baby just started her 6 th month,what fruits can be given for her,and suggest me some ideas about her diet plan

A. Dear parent, weight for your baby to complete 6 months. After completion of 6 months, you can give fruits like apple, banana, papaya. You can give foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Later mashed paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Beginning with 3-4 teaspoons, give top food 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.
