A. check tsh levels and dose Thyroid function tests are indicated after every three and six months after delivery, if you had during pregnancy. Regular daily walking and meditation helps control thyroid to much extent. And consult with reports. Thyroid medicines should never be stopped immediately and you should reduce the dose stepwise and then stop if the levels are remaining normal with consultation of your doctor.
