I am a mother of 5 month old baby. I have cold since two days and i spitting up balgam of this color sometimes. is it normal?

A. hi no you should consult your physician for once. but please inform him/her prior that you are nursing mother so he/she can prescribe needed medicines accordingly. At home ,do warm salt water gargling. avoid taking processed oily spicy food.
