Q.

I am a mother of 4.5 month baby and I want to lose weight after c section delivery. So when can I start exercise or which exercise is good at first phase. I also feed my baby so please suggest how to lose weight or what should I avoid in food.

A. well you can do exercises frnd m tel ntg month after yhe c section but only light obes lij like a walk. best will be to start the heavy obes after six months
