A. Postpartum hair loss commonly starts at around three months after birth Oiling improves blood circulation and nourishes the roots, massage once a week with oil that suits your scalp. . Use mild shampoo. Use a comb with widely spaced teeth. Avoid stress.. stress can increase hair loss. Have Biotin rich food on a daily basis it is found in several foods such as carrots, liver, yeast, bananas, spinach.

A. Hairfall after delivery is common due to hormonal changes in the body, therefore it is important to eat protein, vitamins and iron rich foods alongwith lots of fluids. Massage scalp with mild oil like olive, coconut or almond oil twice a week and wash off with sulphate free shampoo. Do not comb wet hair and do not use heat and chemical treatments. Applying onion juice once a week will help too.
