Use mild shampoo. Use a comb with widely spaced teeth.

Hairfall after delivery is common due to hormonal changes in the body, therefore it is important to eat protein, vitamins and iron rich foods alongwith lots of fluids. Massage scalp with mild oil like olive, coconut or almond oil twice a week and wash off with sulphate free shampoo. Do not comb wet hair and do not use heat and chemical treatments. Applying onion juice once a week will help too.
