I am a mother 2.9 years old baby.. I want to lose weight .what things I need to do to burn fat.

How Got intense workout and dieting dieting should be moderate not intense dieting it seems less because go for a modern dieting options you can consult a doctor for that and definitely you should start doing intense workout if you want to lose down your weight so start with brisk walking or any other sports like badminton or swimming that you like and slowly gradually increase the intensity of your workout
