i am a hypothyroidic person and putting weight,my medications are on i dont know which diet i should follow

A. Hello ma’m Most important thing in hypothyroid is right diet and exercise Always take thyroid medicine on empty stomach in the morning and do not take anything after that for 30 mins Have small and frequent meals Do not over it Replace wheat with oats, rice or brown rice, multigrain roti , jowar, bajra, ragi Start your meals with salad Do not take bread, biscuits, sugar, excess oil and ghee, sweet and sugary juice Take protein like daal, paneer, sprouts , eggs, chicken, oats, quinoa with every meal Cabbage, radish, peanuts, mushroom, broccoli, soyabean, mustard are not to be taken in hypothyroid Have 2 to 3 litre of water per day 45 mins of physical exercise is important

A. Hi parent please once consult with your gynacologist about this matter because physical examination is important for proper diagnosis and treatment please take well balance diet with adequate quantity of water and sleep well
