I am a breastfeeding mother and I have constipation...does this constipation affect my baby?

Of course not what is your constipation got to do with the child it has got no connection if you’re facing constipation take laxative because it’s very important for you to clear your system and check with your doctor for that and also take good fibres and fluids in your diet
