i am having constipation is it will cause constipation and pain during passing stool in my breastfeeding baby? am i cause of his constipation and pain while passing stool?

you will have to drink plenty of water and should have some physical activity.
regular walking will help in in decreasing the constipation.
important to take diet which contains fibre and plenty of water.
if constipation doesn't improve it can lead to to piles and bleedindg due to its complication
many times constipation medicine is prescribed by the gynecologisdt if the constipation is not improving with dietary modification.
