SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. It will take time for some it can take even upto 16 weeks to show. Dotn worry. proper diet is important, Have milk twice or thrice a day. It is a good source of calcium.. Have proper three meals day without skipping. Have more veggies and fruits everyday. Have nuts frequently and nuts milkshake. You may alos have any protein drink.
