I am 8th month pregnant. mam my amniotic fluid level is 5 . so it is enough or very low .plzz suggest me how to increase the amniotic fluid level . thankyou

Fathima BegamMom of a 3 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. yes your level is low you should increase it by drinking water,by eating water content vegetables, take coconut water, musk melon juice ,etc
