instead you should have regular daily walking , do vajrasan , and have less qty of food but more frequently

Digene would be a better choice to take I don’t know the one you are talking about so I really cannot suggest it this is going to be a better choice as the doctors do advise did you take it in case of problems and it is safer to be taken still if you want please check with the gynaecologist first
