Q.

I am 7 month pregnant andi have severe back pain .I am not able to sit aur stand for a while. can please tell me what should I do. .

A. Actually apply some ointment like move or something put hot water bottle you can put heat pad for a while that’s going to help in reducing down the pain if you’re having pain too much please talk to your doctor also regarding this
